What does a good design feedback look like?
With a little bit of guidance, we all can give and receive the kind of feedback that moves the project forward. A good feedback is not overly subjective or frustratingly vague. It should be actionable and insightful enough to help improve the original idea.

Here are top 3 tips to give an effective design feedback:
Keep the project goal in mind.
Vague feedback is confusing and doesn’t propel a project in the right direction and can create miscommunication. As a result, the next update most likely will not come close to what you want. Remember that no one can read mind. The more specific you can be while giving feedback, the better.
Vague feedback: I like this or I don’t like this. Effective feedback: The distance from laundry to the drying area is too far. How can we reduce the distance to less than 10 steps away?
Be specific

Be clear.
Say exactly what you mean. If you have hard time articulating your thoughts in words, visual examples and/or sketches may help convey your ideas or feedback more easily.
Vague feedback: Make it more accessible Effective feedback: The master ensuite can only be accessed through walk in robe. Can you provide more option where it can be accessed directly from the bedroom?
