Online Architect offers creative spatial planning solutions to with home owners and/or investors, delivered online at fixed prices and clearly defined scopes.
We do three things really well:
- Simplified Architecture – We offer online architectural services with fixed price and clear deliverables
- Functional Beauty – We use aesthetics to complement our designs ‘usability.
- Creative spatial planning with less wastage – We strive to minimize both material and financial wastage, by truly work with what’s available and re-purpose, before adding new.
Our clients benefit from our decades of experience in designing custom homes. They also appreciate our simple and clear processes that minimize uncertainties (cost, time frame, deliverables etc) in relation to engaging an architect.
OUR LEAD ARCHITECT
Clement Hiew (RN7404)
Clement has been working as an architect since 2007. He is a detailed oriented person who appreciates simple things and a firm believer that creative approach does not have to be complicated.
His goal is to spend his day working with like minded people, doing work that is meaningful. With over 20 years in the design & construction industry, he is lucky to have worked on some amazing projects with great clients.

His iPad is a constant companion, for sketching and to manage documents from virtually anywhere, anytime. He is also a golf enthusiast who try to fit in a game whenever possible.
