There’s a lot to consider when designing your ideal floor plan, taking into account your spatial needs, budget, lifestyle, practicality, etc.
It’s best to get advice from an architect/ building designer who specializes in spatial design early in the process to avoid costly changes later on.
Can I purchase this service if I am also working with an interior designer/architect?
Yes, for sure! One of the benefits of getting the floor plan upgrade service is getting a second expert opinion on your floor plan so you can have full confidence knowing you get a solution that suits your lifestyle and the spaces will flow and function effectively.
Can I get a floor plan upgrade if I don’t have an existing floor plan?
Yes, you certainly can! We recommend using Magic Plan app to help you measure and draw your own floor plan. Alternatively, if you don’t wish to do so, you can take pictures of your home and send them to us. We’ll do the rest for you.
How do I ask questions during the process?
You can ask questions anytime during the process with your very own private portal. You can use either the Chatbox or “Submit a Ticket” . We will respond within 48 hours.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my floor plan upgrades?
We have the skills gained from over 20 years of experience in residential spatial design in order to provide useful advise on how to improve your floor plans. However, if in the rare case that we can’t offer any solutions to your spatial needs, we will offer a full refund.
